Steam requires more XP per level as you climb (100 XP per level for levels 1-10, 200 for 10-20, and so on). One set = 100 XP. The calculator shows the exact number of sets and the total price before you pay.
After payment, the order goes into a queue and the bot sends the trade to your link, usually within a few minutes. You then accept it in Steam and craft the badges.
