When you place a boost order, the amount is deducted from your site balance. If the trade offer fails, is declined by you, or expires without being accepted, the full amount is automatically returned to your site balance.
Once a trade offer has been accepted and the card sets delivered to your Steam account, the order is considered complete and is non-refundable, because the digital goods have been transferred.
Cryptocurrency top-ups credited to your site balance are not reversible on-chain, but the credited balance remains available for future orders. If you believe a deposit was not credited, contact support with your transaction details.
